Forty-two reviews averaging 4.5 stars tell you something real: the people here actually want you to walk through the door. Visiting Elks who showed up as strangers left feeling like regulars, greeted by name before they even reached the bar. That kind of warmth is not an accident. It is the culture that Lodge #1877 has built over decades of showing up for Victorville and the surrounding High Desert communities.

The lodge sits on Hesperia Road, a straightforward address that is easy to find and even easier to return to. Inside, the atmosphere is what one member called "beautifully low key, down home," which is exactly right. No pretension, no velvet ropes. Just solid food at prices that won't make you wince, a comfortable room, and people who remember your face the second time you visit.

The community work here is genuine and ongoing. Members take particular pride in their support of disabled veterans, providing care and resources that go well beyond what most civic organizations attempt. The Marine Corps League holds meetings here. Families gather for events. The lodge is, in the plainest sense, a place that does what it says it does.

What We Offer

Membership in Elks Lodge #1877 opens the door to a full calendar of social events, lodge dinners with food members consistently praise for quality and value, and access to a comfortable clubhouse that hosts everything from league meetings to holiday gatherings.

The lodge's community programs are the real headline. Veterans' assistance is a cornerstone, with members actively supporting disabled veterans through tangible aid and advocacy. Youth programs, scholarship initiatives, and charitable giving connect the lodge to the broader High Desert region in ways that outlast any single event.

Visiting Elks from other lodges are always welcome with a warm greeting and a proper introduction to the room. If you are considering membership, dues are on the higher side by some accounts, but members are consistent: the programs, the people, and the community impact are worth it.

"I’m giving this lodge 5 stars for the exceptionally friendly and welcoming members. As visiting Elks we were immediately greeted and introduced to members. Great food and really reasonable prices. Thanks for allowing us to park our RV and enjoy our visit. The RV spot was easy to pull into with water and electric and worth the cost. Very quiet overall. They do so much for the community and it was interesting to hear about their charity programs."

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
